Catherine DiCristofaro accepted into Maryland Library Leadership Institute catherine

Catherine DiCristofaro and Amy FordCharlotte Hall Branch Manager Catherine DiCristofaro was accepted into the 2014 Maryland Library Leadership Institute being held this week at Bolger Conference Center in Potomac, MD. 

This Institute is designed to help emerging leaders in Maryland libraries develop their leadership skills and prepare them to assume positions of greater responsibility.  Candidates are nominated by their library director and then are selected from numerous candidates across the state.  This Institute is only held every two years and is limited to 24 participants.

Our other graduates include Deputy Director Mary Anne Bowman, Lexington Park Branch Manager Amy Ford, and Leonardtown Assistant Branch Manager Jill Hutchison.

More to Explore Passports ends August 15Passport

Pick up a More to Explore Passport at any branch and have fun exploring our county.  Find the trail markers at each of the 22 sites listed in the Passport and rub the name of the site on the corresponding page in the Passport. Bring the completed Passport Prize Page to any branch to claim your prize and to be entered in additional larger prize drawings at the end of the summer! Be sure to include your child's name and contact information on the prize page.  Program runs through August 15.
