Summer Reading Fun –  June 2- August 9
Every child participating in a Summer Reading  Program receives a voucher for the July 11, July 12 or July 26 game. 40 participants per branch will receive Orioles tickets for an August game (first come first served).  One Fizz Boom Read (k-5th grade) participant per branch will receive 4 tickets in a random drawing to the Maryland Science Center.


Fizz Boom Read-to-Me for birth to age 5: Start your little one loving books and reading by participating.  Complete a section on the activity sheet to collect a prize for your child.  Choose a book for your little one to keep when the activity sheet is completed. 

            Register Fizz Boom Read for Kindergarten to 5th grade:  Complete fun activities on your gameboard and receive a prize.  Complete the entire gameboard and choose a book to keep, plus be entred in a grand prize drawing for Leap Pad, Kindle, tablet, iPod, and Noise Canceling Headphones.
            Register Spark a Reaction for 6th grade and older: Read or listen to books, attend library programs or submit book reviews and record on your game card.  Earn weekly prize for each row completed plus be automatically entered in the grand prize drawing for Kindles, Kindle Fire, Noise Canceling Headphones, ChromeCast.
After you’ve registered, login to record your books and submit book reviews!

More to Explore Passport — June 12-August 15
Pick up your passport and explore 22 county sites.  “Rub” each site’s name onto your passport.  After visiting the sites, bring your completed passport to the library and receive a prize.  Developed by the Healthy Eating Active Living Coalition with Community Transformation Grant funds.
