Group Use of Computer Lab at the Lexington Park Library

When requesting to use the computer lab for group computer education, please take note of the following requirements:

 

• Please make arrangements for any equipment that needs to be set up for your group at least 2 days ahead. A tabletop projector and whiteboard are available if requested in advance.

 

• Contact the Information Supervisor, preferably by phone, to confirm the class 301-863-8188, #3.  

 

• To cancel the class, call 301-863-8188, #3.  If the Information Supervisor isn’t available, talk to another staff member.

 

•   A minimum of 6 students is required.   If 6 students do not show up, you may have a laptop computer to teach the class in a quiet study room, or alternative accommodations will be offered.

 

• The computer lab is available during standard library hours, if a library class is not scheduled.
