The residents of the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home live right next door to the library. Unfortunately, many of the residents are unable to make the journey to the library to obtain a card themselves. To combat this problem, all residents of the Charlotte Hall Veterans Home are offered a library card when they arrive at the Vets Home so they can access all of the library’s digital content from the comfort of their new home.
