Federal Tax Forms:
Each branch has a variety of federal tax forms available.
You can view and/or download any forms, schedules or instructions at www.irs.gov/forms . Any other forms, schedules or instructions can be ordered and delivered via mail to your home, free of charge by calling 1-800-829-3676 or visiting www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/order-products.
Visit ID Verify only if you received an IRS 5071C letter. The IRS needs more information from you to process your tax return accurately. You will be asked a series of questions about your identity and tax return history. The IRS does not request such information via email, nor will the IRS call a taxpayer directly to ask this information without you receiving a letter first. The letter number can be found in the upper corner of the page.
Maryland Tax Forms:
Each branch has a variety of Maryland income tax forms and booklets available.

Lifestyles of Maryland’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program will be back at the Lexington Park Library this year. The program provides free federal and state tax preparation services for households whose total income is $54,000 or less. Tax services are provided by IRS-certified tax preparers. It is highly recommended that appointments be made online via Eventbrite (links below). At the registration link, you’ll also find a list of things you should bring to your appointment.
