Leonardtown: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 a.m.
Lexington Park: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 a.m.

Toddler Storytime

Designed for curious toddlers who are learning to walk, talk, and are eager to explore with their grownups. This active storytime builds vocabulary, coordination, confidence, and early social skills through short stories, songs, movement, rhymes, and playful activities. Siblings are welcome.

Leonardtown: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30 a.m.
Lexington Park: Wednesdays, 10 a.m.

Saturday and All Together Storytime

Young children with their grownups build skills in early learning, literacy, and getting along with others through stories, rhymes, songs, and activities. Meet friends, discover new favorite books, and have fun. Please note: Storytime space is limited. Each storytime will be filled to capacity on a first-come, first served basis.

Sensory Friendly Storytime

Designed for neurodiverse children and families who may find our other storytimes overwhelming. Enjoy books, songs, and activities in a gentle environment to build early literacy skills while developing confidence and connection. This storytime is adapted for sensory sensitivities with lower lights and volume, predictable routines, visual supports, and flexible participation.
Leonardtown: Wednesdays, September 9, October 14, November 18, and December 9; 10 a.m.
Lexington Park: Wednesdays, September 30, October 28, and November 25; 4 p.m.
