As of January 27, 2021, Lynda.com has become LinkedIn Learning. You can login to LinkedIn Learning with your library card number and PIN. Your learning history has migrated to LinkedIn Learning.
We are pleased to offer our library cardholders access to LinkedIn Learning’s library of instructional videos. Normally, using LinkedIn Learning requires a paid subscription, but as a St. Mary’s County Library cardholder you can access this content from any device with an internet connection simply by visiting the library’s LinkedIn Learning site and entering your library card number and password/PIN (usually the last four digits of your telephone number).
- You can only access LinkedIn Learning through the library’s LinkedIn Learning login page, and not by directly visiting the LinkedIn Learning homepage. Please bookmark accordingly.
- Your library LinkedIn Learning account is not yet compatible with the LinkedIn Learning mobile app. LinkedIn Learning plans to make the app accessible to library users and we will update this page when it is available.
- At this time, downloading for offline viewing is not available in LinkedIn Learning.
In LinkedIn Learning, you can manage your learning history, collections, saved courses, and Certificates of Completion. Many courses also feature exercise files, so if you’re watching a tutorial about Microsoft Excel you can follow the activity with downloadable, pre-populated Excel spreadsheet files.
