All Library locations have limited copies of Maryland tax booklets. You can pick them up at any location, or by making a curbside or drive-thru appointment and letting us know in the appointment form which of these forms you need. There is no charge for these forms. If you need other forms printed, you can download them from the IRS or Maryland Comptroller website (see links and info below) and print them in the Library. Cost for printing other forms is $0.20 per page. IRS form 1040 and 1040-SR are on the way, but not yet available.

Tax Preparation Assistance
LifeStyles’ Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program provides free federal and state tax preparation services for households whose total annual household income is less than $69,000. Maryland residents only. Appointments are available from January 28 to April 15. All appointments in St. Mary’s County are held at LifeStyles of Maryland’s office located at: 21795-F N. Shangri-La Dr., Lexington Park, MD 20653. Make a tax help appointment with LifeStyles.
