The list below includes research tools, online tutoring and learning resources, genealogy databases, and more! You’ll need a library card to access many of these resources. If you don’t have one, get one online today! Online cards are good for ten years and can be used for online resources immediately. Be sure to write down your digital library card number when it appears on the screen!

  • St. Mary’s County Newspaper Archive
    A searchable database of The Beacon (1923-1984, with gaps); The Enterprise (1952-April 2020, with gaps); Southern Maryland News (August 2020-approximately six months ago); Tester (1948-1962); Naval Air Test Center and NAS Patuxent River command histories through 1952.
