Customer Service Manual

To achieve fairness and equity of access to library services the St. Mary’s County Library Board of Trustees and staff have created policies which are in this Customer Service Manual.

The intent of any library rule or regulation is to ensure equity of access.  If you have suggestions on how to change these procedures to improve this access, please share them with the library director.

Updates and revisions will be issued as needed.
